My Mission

Psychotherapy is an active process of addressing what you perceive as upsetting or distressing. Therapy is about making changes and getting better. I take a directive approach to therapy using a dynamic process of progressive steps toward experiencing mental and emotional well-being. My goal for you is to develop added insights and tools leading to a sense of confidence and compassion for yourself.
